PLACES OF ALDRYN
ONE ISLAND · FIVE PLACES · MANY STORIES
THE ISLAND OF ALDRYN
Long before Einar and his companions reached Aldryn, the island's story began with twelve ships. King Halvar crossed the sea with warriors, craftsmen, healers, farmers and families. On the first day, he laid down his crown. The oldest records preserve only one certainty: Halvar came to Aldryn to protect something.
THE VALLEY
Between mountains and ancient paths lies the valley, the heart of Aldryn and home to many of its people. It is a place of community, memory and the daily life that grew after the first settlers arrived.
THE PLACE OF REMEMBRANCE
A place where the past is kept alive. Names, stories and losses remain part of Aldryn here, connecting the living with those who came before them.
THE MOUNTAIN
The dark mountain carries one of Aldryn's deepest mysteries. Its passages, seals and old mechanisms are tied to the royal bloodline, the king's seal and the secrets guarded for generations.
THE HALL OF TWELVE PILLARS
The hall stands as a reminder of Aldryn's origins and the twelve ships that brought the first settlers across the sea. It is a place of history, decision and old responsibility.
BETWEEN MUSIC AND STORY
Aldryn is not merely a backdrop. It is the shared world behind Runevakar's songs and the novel The Chronicles of Aldryn. Places, people and events heard in the music become part of a larger story here.
THE MUSIC
Hear Aldryn in songs about departure, winter, loyalty, loss and old legends.
